 Meet Michael Herman, ChFC, LUTCF


 

Mike Herman is founder of Golden Wealth Solutions, Inc.-- a fee based financial planning firm in Colorado. He specializes in helping you accumulate, preserve and transfer family wealth through comprehensive wealth strategies.  Mike is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a financial advisor.

  • Chairman's Council Qualifier with Mutual of Omaha since 1989

  • Active member since 2005 and past President of the Wheat Ridge Rotary Club

 

Mike frequently conducts focus groups on retirement planning strategies and accumulating wealth. He has been a speaker at local associations on a variety of insurance and financial topics. Mike has also contributed articles to various industry magazines on values-based financial planning issues. In addition to these activities, Mike also teaches various classes for the American College and the Life Underwriter Training Council. 

Mike is a native of Colorado and lives in Golden. He shares his life with his loving wife Pamela and their two children, Sydney and Elijah. They enjoy sports, camping, traveling, golf and spending family time at home. Mike also enjoys coaching his son's football team and his daughter's soccer team.

Mike is a volunteer firefighter with the Wheat Ridge Fire Department, and has been since 1990. He has served all offices including Deputy Chief, Assistant Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, board member, pension board member, and arson investigator.

Mike is committed to creating clarity and peace of mind as he partners with his clients in reaching and implementing each individual's financial goals.

Meet Matthew Cloutier, RFC                                                                                                        

Matthew’s role, as an advisor and junior partner in the firm, is to create the best experience for our clients. He understands financial matters can often be complex, and aims to bring confidence and clarity to families where money intersects life. His knowledge and wisdom gained from over 13 years of study and practice in the financial arena have given him an edge in providing sound advice to clients.
 
Matt’s educational background consists of a Degree in Finance from the University of Colorado, School of Business. Since 2006 he has been a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, as well as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Both organizations focus on high ethical standards and stringent continuing education requirements.
 
A Colorado native, Matthew grew up in southwest Littleton. His personal five year vision is to continually improve the work-life balance. He and his wife Maegan strive to enjoy life to the fullest, hoping to soon start a family. Matt believes in giving back to the community and does so through Rotary, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the West Chamber, and Enterprise Wheat Ridge. Matt serves on the board and is President-Elect for the Wheat Ridge Rotary Club. When he is not serving the community, Matt’s personal interests include boating, football, golfing, and skiing.

Meet Pamela Herman


Pamela Herman is Vice President and CFO of Golden Wealth Solutions. She has been in the insurance and financial services field since 1993. Pam has an extensive background in banking where she carried several titles, and she brings these areas of expertise to Golden Wealth Solutions. She specializes in client management, operational needs, marketing and advertising.

Pam is a sports mom to her two wonderful children, Elijah and Sydney. Pam has a passion for sports, travel, friends, skiing, and cheering for her Tennessee Volunteers football team.

Meet Tabitha Brown


Tabitha is the marketing director and paraplanner for Golden Wealth Solutions.  She is a recent graduate of the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a degree in Finance.

Tabitha's five year vision plan includes receiving her licenses to excel in her newfound career.  She also has a passion for the Romanian orphans and desires to assist in improving the orphanage environment.  Tabitha is a native of Colorado and she enjoys snowboarding, fishing, camping and sports.

Meet Katie Eaton

 

 

Katie joined the Golden Wealth Solutions team in February 2008. Her position is assistant to Pamela Herman which includes various office management skills, customer service, and client building,  She is a great asset to our company.

Katie has over 30 years experience in various facets of the accounting field, as well as in office management.  At one time she owned and operated her own family business which allowed her to work close to home while her children were growing up.

Katie is a Colorado native whose love for the mountains and outdoors has influenced her lifelong interest in health and diet.  She is especially passionate about cancer awareness. 

Katie's hobbies include dancing, bowling, keeping up with her friends, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren
